At CoolStyleWear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging with tags still attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account on coolstylewear.com and navigate to your order history.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional details to process your claim.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
